Our history

Self-taught, curious and epicurean at heart, it is through his passion for wine, spirits and food that Fabian has developed an attachment to eating and drinking well.

As soon as he tasted his first arranged rum, it was obvious to create one in his image. With so'Rhumantic, he wanted to combine Belgian and world ingredients to honor his origins while preserving the culture of rum.

Fruit of meetings, work, fun and good times, his recipes were thought to transmit his love for "good things".
