so'Rhumantic

Our history

Self-taught, curious and an epicurean at heart, it's through his passion for wine, spirits and gastronomy that Fabian has developed an attachment to eating and drinking well.

As soon as he tasted his first arranged rum, it was obvious to create one in his image. With so'Rhumantic, he wanted to combine Belgian and world ingredients to honor his origins while preserving the culture of rum.

Fruit of meetings, work, fun and good times, his recipes were thought to transmit his love for "good things".

How are the so'Rhumantic arranged rums made?

We obtain our exceptional ingredients directly from producers, mostly without any intermediary, either via the Rungis International Market in Paris or from several organic farmers in Belgium.

Thus, each of our bottles contains the story of the people involved in its creation, from the harvesting of sugarcane to the picking of fruits and spices.

Each bottle is first cleaned by us, then filled with our secret blend of top-quality white agricultural rum.

As soon as we receive the fruits and spices, we cut them up and insert them by hand into each bottle so that the maceration can begin.

Once this process is complete, a second cleaning by hand is necessary to seal the bottles, label them and put them to rest in the cellar for several months before they are ready for consumption.
