This new recipe, inspired/revised from the West Indian coconut punch, is smooth, sweet and spicy.
The coconut milk brings a creamy texture (similar to the famous rum or whiskey creams), while the agricultural rum of Marie-Galante and the spices come to reveal a more pronounced character.
